Statistics Component

The Statistics (stat) component is the core of VCasT. It contains the implementation of statistical metrics used for evaluating forecast quality, including:

• RMSE, MAE, Bias

• FSS, CSI, GSS, FBIAS

• Brier Score, Correlation

• Confidence intervals via bootstrapping

This module can be used independently or within full verification workflows.
