Statistics Component
====================

The **Statistics (stat)** component is the core of VCasT. It contains the implementation of statistical metrics used for evaluating forecast quality, including:

- RMSE, MAE, Bias
- FSS, CSI, GSS, FBIAS
- Brier Score, Correlation
- Confidence intervals via bootstrapping

This module can be used independently or within full verification workflows.
